Body Bugg – Calorie Measurement

My Experiences with the BodyBugg

The difficult thing about losing weight for most people is that they don’t see the results right away. We live in an “instant gratification” society and if we do not get what we want now, it’s off to the next thing we go. The beautiful thing about the BodyBugg is that it gives you real time measurements on calorie burn, steps taken and overall activity. This way you can actually see your progress, giving you a sense of accomplishment in those hard times when you think you aren’t doing enough to lose the weight. If you want a device that keeps you motivated to stay on track with the New Year’s resolution of weight loss, then look no further than the BodyBugg. The most important step when setting up the BodyBugg program is the detailed questionnaire. I found by answering the questions honestly that the software set up a program where I could eat a little more and feel energized throughout the day. On the other hand with all that energy I had to move more as well. When trying to slim down most people don’t take into account that low caloric intake throughout the day can lower your energy levels as well, and find themselves constantly watching the clock for the next snack or meal time. With the BodyBugg program I am able to take in more and watch as I expend the needed calories the rest of the day. “Uh Oh” it is getting late in the day and I haven’t reached my daily calorie expenditure yet. That is what makes the BodyBugg so motivational. You know where you are on steps, activity and calories so you know how much more you need to move to continue with your weight loss goals.
